Home Information Packs are now mandatory for the sale of all domestic properties, and include Energy Performance Certificates, searches and other legal documents.

REALTIS provide Home Information Packs for home sellers and property professionals. Our easy and inexpensive HIP ordering process can help you get your property on the market with the minimum of fuss:

  1. Order Your HIP
    Call us on 01273 782925 to confirm the price for your property and order your HIP.
  2. Start Marketing
    Once you have placed your HIP order we will send confirmation to your Estate Agent  that the HIP has been commissioned.
  3. Energy Performance Certificate
    Within a few days of ordering your HIP you will be contacted by one of our accredited Energy Assessors who will arrange a convenient time to conduct and energy survey on your property. The survey generally takes about an hour.
  4. Receive Your HIP
    Our HIPs generally take about 10 days to complete. If needed we will make the Energy Performance Certificate available to you for inclusion in Estate Agents details as soon as it is complete.

For HIP compilation we hold PI insurance of £250,000. In addition our search providers hold PI insurance of £5 million.
